ACM BEARINGS

ACM Composite Bearings have been developing and manufacturing highly engineered synthetic composite materials for marine and industrial engineering markets worldwide for over 25 years.
ACM Composite Bearings has extensive experience supplying bearings for the marine industry in a wide range of applications both above and below the water line. These include rudder bearings and steering gear, water lubricated propeller shaft bearings, bearings for anchor handling systems, crane bearings, life boat systems, winches, stern roller bearings, offshore moorings and so on.

FUELSTAT

FUELSTAT test kits offer the only effective “test at the tank” solution for detection of fuel contamination types such as Jet Fuel fungus and Diesel Bug, with result in 15 minutes.
FUELSTAT is an immunoassay antibody fuel test kit for microbe detection. It can be used wherever Fuel is manufactured, stored, sold or used. Unlike traditional tests, FUELSTAT only finds micro-organisms that do damage to fuel.
With FUELSTAT, tests take as little as 15 minutes, unlike current growth-based tests that need at least 72 hours. With easy-to-understand alert levels, you instantly know whether you need to take further action.
The process is self-contained, requiring no additional equipment—just a single FUELSTAT fuel testing kit for each test. It’s so easy to use, that a single individual can carry out the tests with only minimal training.

AQUAFIGHTER

Water is the enemy of stored fuel Aquafighter will protect your fuel and tank from excess water that is generated over time. Presence of water in a diesel tank is inevitable. This is an everyday battle, independent of tank size and where ever you are in the world. Free and entrained water is generated in your tank through air condensation, fuel supply, ineffective filtration and improper system design. It can also come through leaks, accidents and thievery. When water is allowed to accumulate in your tank, significant damage including tank corrosion can occur. Aquafighter is effective in reducing and removing water inside the fuel tank. This is accomplished through 3 indispensable actions that are necessary to achieve the desired fuel purity and consequently provide tank protection.

We offer a range of Propulsion / Bow Thruster Spare Parts as part of our overall propulsion services, compatible with most bow, stern, and azimuth thruster systems. We offer thruster spare parts for Bow, Stern, and Azimuth applications, as well as CPP and FPP systems. Thruster spare parts compatible with your system; Brand and type specific kits with everything you need for a full overhaul, including: OEM Bearings | Shims | Shaft seals | O-Rings | Gaskets.

Service: Our high qualified and well experienced service engineers are available for all 5 years and 10 years overhaul. Our precisely assembled spare part packages complete our service for your Bow or Stern Thruster according to the manufacturers recommendation.

STERN TUBE SEALS

- Type approved Stern Tube Seals: Stern Tube Seal spare parts are available ex Stock in Europe, Korea, Singapore and China. We can provide Air seals & Oil lubricated stern tube seals Viton or NBR seals. The Seals we offer are suitable for both EAL oils and mineral oil.
- Complete Installation Kits: We supply all the components you need for a complete stern tube seal system overhauling, including liner O-rings, oil line O-rings, gaskets, anodes and fasteners.
- Chrome Steel Liners: Our AFT and FWD chrome steel liners are OD finished and suitable for use with all standard systems. Final machining work is carried out by the customer.
- Distance Rings / Spacer Rings: We provide AFT and FWD chrome steel liners are OD finished and suitable for use with all standard systems. Final machining work is carried out by the customer.
- Net Cutters: For extra protection of your stern seals, we can offer Net cutters.
- Service: We can provide skilled Service Engineers to attend the Stern Tube Seals overhauling, bonding or replacement, to very competitive service rates.

Stern Tube Seal spare parts are Class Approved with high specifications, using Viton or NBR matterial. They fit lip seal systems of all major brands of oil-lubricated systems, including air seals.
We can offer Stern Tube Seal spare parts which are compatible with all common maker systems. The materials used for stern seals are suitable for both EAL oils and mineral oil.
Seals are offered with a complete installation kit.

STEERING GEAR SPARE PARTS

Our high qualified and well experienced Service Engineers are available for all services around your steering gear. Exchange of Ram seals, Cylinder seals, slide Bearings, pins or complete pump overhaul are typical services which are recommended by the manufacturers.
We offer a range of Steering Gear spare parts for both Rotary Vane and Hydraulic Cylinder Types.
We offer Steering Gear spare parts compatible with your system, Brand and type specific kits with everything you need for a full overhaul, including: Internal seal | Gland seal | Thrust bearing | Cover seal | Bonded seal | Liner | V-Packing for Ram type | Cylinder/Piston seal set | Pump unit parts
